Day 1: Arrival in Koraput

Arrive in Koraput (via train or drive from Visakhapatnam). Check-in to your eco-stay. Visit the Sabara Srikhetra (Jagannath Temple) and the Tribal Museum to understand the rich heritage of the primitive tribes of Koraput. Spend the evening relaxing in the cool mountain climate.

Day 2: The Ascent to Deomali

After an early breakfast, begin the highly scenic drive through winding ghats and deep valleys to reach Deomali Peak, the highest mountain peak in the state of Odisha (1672 meters). The hilltop offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the lush green Eastern Ghats. Enjoy a short trek along the ridges. After spending quality time taking photographs, drive back down and proceed to your departure point.
