Day 1: Arrival in Paderu

Depart from Visakhapatnam in the afternoon and drive towards the Paderu tribal agency area. Enjoy the winding ghat roads and dense forest views. Check into a local homestay or setup base camp near Vanjangi village. Sleep early in preparation for the early morning trek.

Day 2: The 3 AM Trek & Sea of Clouds

Wake up at 3:00 AM. With the help of your local tribal guide, begin the 2-hour uphill trek in the dark using flashlights. Reach the Vanjangi peak just before dawn. As the sun rises, witness a surreal and breathtaking phenomena: a literal Sea of Clouds floating below the mountain peaks, making you feel like you are walking in the sky. Spend time taking unparalleled photographs. Trek back down for a hot breakfast before returning to Visakhapatnam.
